THE CELEBRATION BEGAN WITH AN INTIMATE TEA CEREMONY, HONORING FAMILY, HERITAGE, AND THE GENERATIONS WHO HELPED SHAPE THEIR JOURNEY TOGETHER. Against the dramatic coastal backdrop, this meaningful tradition set the tone for a day centered on love, gratitude, and connection.
FOR THE DESIGN, THE COUPLE DREW INSPIRATION FROM THE COLORS OF FALL AND THE SURROUNDING LANDSCAPE. EARTHY TONES, ORGANIC FLORALS, TEXTURAL DETAILS, AND WARM AUTUMNAL HUES CREATED A DESIGN THAT FELT PERFECTLY AT HOME ALONG THE COAST. The ceremony overlooked the Pacific Ocean, allowing the breathtaking views to become a natural extension of the design itself.
Every detail was thoughtfully curated to complement Timber Cove’s rugged beauty rather than compete with it. The result was an atmosphere that felt grounded, inviting, and timeless, where guests could fully immerse themselves in both the scenery and the celebration.
Following the ceremony, family and friends gathered for an intimate reception filled with heartfelt toasts, incredible food, and meaningful conversations. With just 40 guests in attendance, the day felt warm and personal, allowing the couple to spend quality time with every person who had traveled to celebrate alongside them.
From the tea ceremony to the oceanfront vows and the cozy reception overlooking the coast, this Timber Cove wedding was a beautiful reminder that some of the most memorable celebrations are the ones that embrace the beauty of their surroundings and focus on what matters most: love, family, and connection.

We cannot recommend Yi enough! She was our Month-of Coordinator, and her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail went above and beyond.
Even before her Month-of Coordination officially began, Yi took the time to visit our venue — a 2.5-hour drive from San Francisco — to assess the space, provide quotes for glassware, and give us tons of practical suggestions, including how to handle the windy seaside conditions. Her preparation and advice were invaluable in helping us plan smoothly.
During her Month-of Coordination service, Yi continued to impress. Our hotel was very unresponsive, but she patiently communicated with them on our behalf, keeping everything on track. On the wedding day, when one of our decorative mirrors broke, she immediately reassured us and came up with a quick backup plan. When the bakery arrived late, she jumped into action to ensure the cake was set up perfectly before the reception.
Yi is calm under pressure, incredibly detail-oriented, and truly professional. She anticipates problems before they happen and handles everything with care, making the whole wedding experience feel effortless for us. We felt so lucky to have her by our side — she made our day smooth, joyful, and unforgettable.
