OUR STORY
PLANNING HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PART OF WHO I AM. EVEN AS A CHILD, I LOVED ORGANIZING, CREATING SPECIAL MOMENTS, AND MAKING EVERY DETAIL FEEL THOUGHTFUL AND INTENTIONAL. BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER AND TURNING VISIONS INTO MEANINGFUL EXPERIENCES HAS ALWAYS COME NATURALLY TO ME.
THAT PASSION GREW EVEN DEEPER WHEN I HELPED MY SISTER IN LAW WITH HER WEDDING. WITNESSING THE JOY, EMOTION, AND LOVE OF SUCH A SPECIAL SEASON SHOWED ME THE TRUE HEART OF THIS WORK. I SAW HOW CALM GUIDANCE AND THOUGHTFUL PLANNING ALLOW COUPLES TO BE FULLY PRESENT AND ENJOY ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT DAYS OF THEIR LIVES.

1. Do I need a wedding planner?
Planning a wedding is one of the most exciting seasons in life, but let’s be honest, it can also feel like a lot. Between managing budgets, navigating family opinions, and keeping track of countless moving pieces, it’s easy for the stress to take away from the joy. That’s where I come in. My role is to take that weight off your shoulders so you can actually enjoy being engaged and be present for the moments that really matter, like celebrating your love and soaking it all in with your favorite people.
I’m here to make the process feel fun, supported, and completely TRUE TO YOU. Whether that means finding the perfect space to say “I do,” helping you make confident decisions along the way, or managing the energy of a lively dance floor crowd, I’VE GOT YOU.
On your wedding day, my goal is for everything to flow seamlessly in the background so you can fully live in the moment, sneak in extra hugs, a few more bites of dessert, and definitely a few more songs on the dance floor. Because this should never feel like a checklist. It should feel like a celebration of your love story from start to finish.

2. Will you be the person on site the day of our wedding or will it be another person?
Either I or my associate planner will be on site for your wedding day, depending on the scope and size of your celebration. I’ll also make sure we bring the right number of assistants so nothing feels stretched or understaffed. The goal is always to have the proper support in place so every detail is handled smoothly and your day flows with ease, calm, and full confidence.

We offer a complimentary consultation as a first step to getting to know each other. This is a great start where you can share your ideas, your vision, and what you’re dreaming up for your wedding day, while also getting a feel for how we work and how we support our couples.
We’ll also go over key details like your budget, guest count, and wedding date so we can make sure we’re the right fit and can best support what you need. Our goal is to make sure you feel informed, comfortable, and excited about what’s ahead from the very beginning.

If you decide to move forward with our services, we will prepare a contract for you. We encourage you to take your time reviewing it thoroughly so you feel completely comfortable and confident with everything outlined.

PLANNING BEGINS
Upon signing the contract and receiving your retainer, we will officially begin working on your wedding. From there, everything we do will be tailored to the package you select and the level of support you need, so the planning process feels intentional, organized, and fully aligned with your vision.

5. Do you offer planner services for destination weddings?
Absolutely. We would be thrilled to help bring your special day to life, whether you’re dreaming of a celebration in Hawaii, Mexico, Japan, or somewhere else meaningful to you.
For destination weddings, please note that travel fees, accommodations, and car rental fees may apply depending on the location and logistics involved. We’ll always be transparent about these details so you can plan with clarity and ease.
