OUR STORY
PLANNING HAS ALWAYS COME NATURALLY TO ME. I’VE ALWAYS BEEN THE PERSON WHO LOVES ORGANIZING, BRINGING PEOPLE TOGETHER, AND MAKING SURE ALL THE LITTLE DETAILS ARE TAKEN CARE OF — YES, I’M THAT FRIEND WITH THE PLAN.
I REALLY FELL IN LOVE WITH WEDDINGS AFTER HELPING PLAN MY SISTER-IN-LAW’S WEDDING. I LOVED WATCHING EVERYTHING COME TOGETHER, BUT I ESPECIALLY LOVED BEING BEHIND THE SCENES MAKING SURE THE DAY ACTUALLY RAN THE WAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO.
THAT EXPERIENCE EVENTUALLY LED ME TO START YIVENTFUL CO.

OUTSIDE OF WEDDINGS, I’M USUALLY TRYING A NEW RESTAURANT, PLAYING PICKLEBALL, TRAVELING, OR ALREADY PLANNING THE NEXT TRIP BEFORE THE CURRENT ONE IS EVEN OVER.
FUN FACT: I HIKED MOUNT FUJI — EXHAUSTING, BEAUTIFUL, AND IT TOOK 19 HOURS. SOMEHOW I WOULD 100% DO IT AGAIN.

Do I need a wedding planner?
Planning a wedding is one of the most exciting seasons in life, but let’s be honest, it can also feel like a lot. Between managing budgets, navigating family opinions, and keeping track of countless moving pieces, it’s easy for the stress to take away from the joy. That’s where I come in. My role is to take that weight off your shoulders so you can actually enjoy being engaged and be present for the moments that really matter, like celebrating your love and soaking it all in with your favorite people.
I’m here to make the process feel fun, supported, and completely TRUE TO YOU. Whether that means finding the perfect space to say “I do,” helping you make confident decisions along the way, or managing the energy of a lively dance floor crowd, I’VE GOT YOU.
On your wedding day, my goal is for everything to flow seamlessly in the background so you can fully live in the moment, sneak in extra hugs, a few more bites of dessert, and definitely a few more songs on the dance floor. Because this should never feel like a checklist. It should feel like a celebration of your love story from start to finish.

What inspires your work?
I’m always drawn to weddings that feel personal and a little unexpected — the ones where a couple gives me room to play with color, texture, cultural details, or something that feels very them. A modern chinoiserie tablescape. A meaningful tea ceremony woven into the timeline. A night-market-inspired reception. A karaoke or a dance party. A guest experience people are still talking about months later.
What I love most about planning and design is taking everything a couple brings me — the Pinterest saves, the family traditions, the colors they love, the things they definitely don’t want — and turning it into one celebration that actually brings everyone together.

We offer a complimentary consultation as a first step to getting to know each other. This is a great start where you can share your ideas, your vision, and what you’re dreaming up for your wedding day, while also getting a feel for how we work and how we support our couples.

PLANNING BEGINS
Upon signing the contract and receiving your retainer, we will officially begin working on your wedding. From there, everything we do will be tailored to the package you select and the level of support you need, so the planning process feels intentional, organized, and fully aligned with your vision.

Do you offer planner services for destination weddings?
Absolutely. We would be thrilled to help bring your special day to life, whether you’re dreaming of a celebration in Hawaii, Mexico, Japan, or somewhere else meaningful to you.
For destination weddings, please note that travel fees, accommodations, and car rental fees may apply depending on the location and logistics involved. We’ll always be transparent about these details so you can plan with clarity and ease.
